This newly created role forms part of the executive team and will focus on the establishment and leadership of the significant customer experience portfolio across digital, communications & design; financial advice; insurance & claims; and Fund administration.  With a strategic focus it has responsibility for developing strategy, building and inspiring a cohesive, achievement-orientated team, stakeholder engagement and providing insights and reports to the CEO and Board.
