From an early career as a generalist HR practitioner, Rosemary identified that cultural alignment was as important, if not more important, than purely technical-based skills to ensure a successful transition for both the candidate and organisation. Throughout her career this philosophy has continued to be her guiding principle.
Rosemary’s career has included specific search and advertised selection, general management and corporate HR experience within the recruitment sector. She has been involved in the successful appointment of key executives within high profile and commercially focussed organisations across health & education, member associations, not-for-profits, and government & statutory authorities. She possesses a track record of achieving results, building positive, sustained relationships and proven success in the attraction and retention of candidates by aligning them to an organisation’s culture rather than placing greater importance on the “technical” CV.
She has a Master of Management and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Society for Human Resource Management (USA).
