Reporting to the Executive Director Residential & Respite Support Services, this role is primarily responsible for aligning and coordinating the expertise within Yooralla to deliver the timely and efficient transition of customers to NDIS.  Critical to success will be the communication and collaboration with stakeholders accountable for each stage of the process to ensure a seamless service delivery and collection of revenue for services provided.

With a proven track record in the coordination of major business transformation within complex environments such as health, public sector or community-based organisations, you bring significant experience in driving and influencing change initiatives, well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a genuine commitment to making a difference to an organisation’s success. Tertiary qualified, your political nous, resilience, commitment to contributing to organisational excellence and healthy levels of achievement orientation will guarantee your success.  The role is for a fixed term of three years.  Sound like you?
