The Hobart Clinic Association plays a significant role in mental health in Tasmania and is at an exciting time in its corporate journey, experiencing positive change and growth. As an independent not-for-profit organisation it provides mental health services for patients, families and the community and is committed to ensuring the consumer’s experience of care is of the highest standard.

This key appointment reports to the CEO, has exposure to the Board and is both strategic and hands-on.  You will provide professional and clinical leadership to the nursing and allied health teams, develop and implement clinical treatment, therapy and client support programs, and network across key stakeholders.

The role will appeal to an innovative thinker with the capacity to lead, influence and drive change initiatives to position the Clinic as a leader in mental health at State and national levels.  Recognised for your ability to motivate and develop people, you bring healthy levels of resilience and relationship management skills, sound business acumen and extensive management experience in nursing which may include exposure to mental health, aged care or broader healthcare environments.  Sound like you?
