Gippsland Primary Health Network (GPHN) is at an exciting phase of its formation and is currently recruiting its CEO and executive team to lead the organisation to achieve its vision of a measurably healthier Gippsland.

GPHN is a recently established federally funded primary health care organisation with a focus on supporting general practice, health planning, health system integration and commissioning services in line with national and local health priorities. It looks at ways to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes, and improve coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.

This key appointment enables you to make your mark on an organisation’s success whilst combining the benefits of lifestyle and career in this great regional location. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be an integral player on the executive team and have responsibility for the leadership and management of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of System Integration & e-Health Solutions, and Practice Support. This will require you to participate in business strategy and operational planning, culture development, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Politically astute, you consider yourself to be an enthusiastic, motivated leader with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage and influence across a breadth of stakeholders.With a genuine commitment to actively contributing as part of the executive team, you bring significant proven leadership and relationship management experience within health, public or community, along with relevant tertiary qualifications and a record of achieving outstanding results.
