This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, achievement-oriented professional to join the executive leadership team and genuinely make their mark on shaping the organisation’s cultural future.  The role will lead the development and implementation of people strategies, systems and structures and provide leadership, strategic advice and support on workforce design, leadership development, organisational culture and staff engagement initiatives.
