The Office of the CEO supports the CareSuper Board and oversees the implementation of the Fund’s strategy, business plan and budget.  You will work closely with the senior Executive Assistant supporting and assisting the CEO, executive group and Board in their operations, achievement of strategic goals and delivery of the business plan.  There is plenty of variety managing emails, coordinating diaries, arranging meetings, functions and events, preparing reports, and assisting with the compilation of Board and Committee papers.  The role will draw on your professionalism, well-developed people and organisational skills and genuine interest in contributing to the overall smooth running of the CEO’s day.

A strong team player, you possess sound experience, ideally within professional services environments, where you have supported executives in their day-to-day activities.   A self-starter, you bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good command of English, an eye for detail, the capacity to juggle priorities and a proactive, energised approach.
