Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will lead and champion a team to provide efficient technology services that support existing and emerging business initiatives.  This will require you to provide sound guidance and advice on the delivery, optimisation and enhancement of technology services, and promote the capability and functionality of the business unit to the Board and Executive, vendor partners and internal and external stakeholders.  A key player on the management team, you will be recognised for your informed advice, direction and collaborative approach to ensure high standards of service delivery.

With a passion for excellence in customer service, you possess significant experience in medium to large ICT environments within the ‘for purpose’ sector where you have had responsibility for leading teams across complex, diverse, multisite environments.
