Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your prime responsibility will be to provide support and administration to project owners during the planning, delivery and close out stages of a project.  This will include creating project plans, monitoring progress, and providing secretarial support.  You will also provide support and administration for the entire project portfolio.  This will include assisting in the identification, analysis and visualisation of resource demand across projects, and collating status reports and scheduling and coordinating review meetings.

Ideally your background will be in superannuation or broader financial services where you have worked with a range of business projects beyond purely IT or systems.  You bring a sound understanding of project management concepts and practices and experience in project administration in a coordinator role or within a PMO.  The role will appeal to someone seeking greater involvement in portfolio analysis as part of the next step in their career.  To be successful you will demonstrate highly developed organisational, administration and stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, proficiency with MS Project and the capacity to juggle a range of priorities.    Sound like you?
