The key focus of this newly created position will be to develop high quality communications for employees and support the CEO and senior managers to improve communications and increase employee alignment and engagement.  The role offers plenty of variety from developing and implementing an internal communications strategy, providing advice and support on how to best communicate with employees and leading the development and ongoing maintenance of the Intranet.

You will enjoy taking ownership and using your considerable internal communications experience to build something from scratch in an environment that encourages new ideas, a healthy degree of autonomy and the flexibility of part-time hours.  Your well-developed communication and interpersonal traits will assist you to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and your high attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines will underpin your success to deliver quality outcomes.
