Reporting to the Executive Manager – Corporate Services, your prime responsibility will be working with project owners in the coordination of projects to ensure the Fund’s strategies are delivered within agreed timeframes and budget, including business plan activities and product initiatives. It will require you to provide a robust framework for the management of projects, develop project scopes and objectives, manage and coordinate resourcing, stakeholders and regular meetings, and provide status updates to the executive team. Essentially a traditional project management role, it has a focus on encouraging and educating stakeholders in the use of the most effective strategies to achieve successful project outcomes against key deliverables.
You bring significant experience beyond purely IT or systems and a successful track record of end-to-end project management across multiple and varied broad-based business projects. Ideally your background will be in superannuation or financial services with some exposure to IT systems. You will draw on your highly developed organisational, relationship management, communication and influencing skills, along with your capacity to contribute as an integral team member in providing quality outcomes for the Fund and its members.
