Reporting to the General Manager – Corporate & People, the role will lead and influence the growth and development of the organisation through the delivery of high level expertise, guidance and advice across HR, IR, OD, and workplace health, safety & wellbeing.  Leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve service excellence, you will also play a key role in delivering an Organisational Development Strategy to position Westernport Water as an employer of choice.

Tertiary qualified, you bring significant leadership experience within similar roles where you have had input into strategy and process improvement initiatives.
