Interested in working strategically at the forefront of health reform, influencing change and making your mark on an organisation’s success?

Gippsland PHN is a federally funded organisation working to coordinate primary health care delivery and tackle local health care needs and service gaps.  It plays an integral role in the delivery of a number of primary and mental health programs and works with hospitals, general practice, allied health and community health care providers.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a key player on the executive team responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary group across Population Health Planning, Commissioned Primary & Mental Health Programs and Indigenous Health Programs.  You will participate in business strategy and operational planning, culture development, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Politically astute, you are an enthusiastic, motivated leader with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to effectively engage across a breadth of stakeholders.  You bring significant senior management experience and a genuine commitment to actively contributing at the executive level, qualifications within a directly related health field, and a record of achieving outstanding results.  Sound like you?
