As a result of continued growth, CareSuper is adding to its client services team and you will be a vital link between members and the Fund. The role involves contacting members, drawing on your healthy levels of motivation and capacity to engage people rather than focusing on unrealistic KPIs. Examples of activities include:
- Welcoming new members to the Fund
- Promoting services and products to new members
- Helping members with consolidation, retention and reactivation.
With an outgoing, ‘can do’ approach, you are happy to pick up the phone and speak to clients, seeking feedback or informing them of new products and initiatives.
