This role is all about quality service, flexibility and proactivity and allows you to make a real contribution to how things are done. Located in the Trustee office and assisting the Head of Operational Delivery you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant and effective administration of the Fund whilst providing a high level of customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Your well-developed communication and interpersonal traits will assist you in influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders and your high attention to detail, strong written skills and capacity to meet deadlines will underpin your success in delivering quality outcomes. We’re looking for superannuation experience with a fund or fund administrator where you have been responsible for handling a range of activities including monitoring performance against agreed targets and handling complex complaints. You will be RG146 compliant and demonstrate a well-developed knowledge of superannuation regulations and proven capacity for rigorous problem solving and effective decision-making.
