Reporting to the Executive Manager – Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for developing a product strategy to achieve the Fund’s business plan objectives by clearly defining the suite of products, conducting regular audits on existing product range, researching the market, measuring the competitiveness of the product offering and providing recommendations for future enhancements and development.  You will work with key internal stakeholders to build an efficient, effective and easy end-to-end process that will contribute to driving positive member and employer outcomes.

Your significant experience will ideally be within superannuation or broader financial services where you can point to a track record of achievement in successfully defining and launching both superannuation and non-superannuation products.  You bring well-developed people, analytical and research skills, sound strategic capability, and a methodical approach to gathering data that supports recommendations for developing new or enhancing existing products.  Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business will be highly regarded.
